1. Nature of Our Services

MudraReady is an online, automated tool that generates CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) reports and Project Reports based on the inputs provided directly by the user.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: MudraReady is not a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm, a financial advisor, or a banking institution. We do not provide professional financial, audit, legal, or investment advice. The reports generated by this platform are mathematical representations based strictly on data you input.

2. User Data Accuracy & Verification

You, the user, are solely responsible for the truth, accuracy, and completeness of all data and details provided to the platform. MudraReady does not verify, audit, cross-check, or validate any financial data, promoter information, or business details you input.

The platform calculations rely entirely on your inputs. If your inputs contain errors, the resulting calculations, ratios, and projections will also contain errors. MudraReady shall not be held liable for any inaccuracies in the generated reports resulting from user-inputted errors.

3. No Guarantee of Loan Sanctions or Bank Approvals

The generation of a report via MudraReady does not guarantee or imply that any bank, credit cooperative, or lending institution will approve, sanction, or disburse any loan or credit limit to you or your client.

Lending decisions are subject to the independent evaluation, underwriting criteria, risk assessments, and final discretion of the respective financial institutions. MudraReady accepts no liability if a bank or credit officer rejects, disputes, or requests modifications to the generated reports.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Usage

All templates, mathematical calculation scripts, designs, logos, and report formats are the exclusive intellectual property of MudraReady.

Standard users are granted a limited license to edit, download, and print their purchased reports for their own commercial loan applications. Professional and CA subscribers are permitted to white-label and share reports directly with their business clients under their own branding. Under no circumstances may you resell, package, or distribute the platform's core code, templates, or formats as a competing software utility.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MudraReady (including its promoters, developers, and partners) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of loans, business interruption, or data losses, arising from the use or inability to use this platform.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall be strictly limited to the actual amount paid by you to MudraReady for the specific transaction under dispute (e.g. ₹399 or ₹799).

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.

7. Modifications to Service

MudraReady reserves the right to modify, adjust, suspend, or discontinue any tier, plan pricing, report formats, or feature checklist at any time without prior notice.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the digital nature of the MudraReady platform and the immediate generation of financial reports, all sales are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or modifications once a payment has been processed and a report has been generated. In the rare event of a technical failure where payment is deducted but the PDF is not generated or emailed, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a manual generation or a full refund.

9. Shipping & Delivery Policy

MudraReady provides digital software services. Upon successful payment verification, your financial project report is instantly generated and delivered digitally. You will receive a direct download link on the checkout success screen, and a backup copy of the PDF will be sent to your registered email address within 5 to 10 minutes. No physical copies will be shipped to your address.
